Returns
All returned items MUST be in the original packaging and must have a RMA number attached from PoliceRadarJammers.com You can get this RMA number by contacting us or calling our office at 402-499-9066
Most Electronic Items
Unopened, factory sealed detectors, jammers and electronics may be returned within 30 days from order for a full refund.
Units that have been opened, may be returned within 30 days of order, but will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be in "as -new" condition and packaged with all material including warranty cards, manuals and accessories in the original packaging with no scratches or marks of any kind.
Defective detectors/jammers maybe exchanged within 30 days of order. After this 30 days manufactures warranty will apply.
Laser Jammers
Unopened, factory sealed units may be returned within 30 days of order for a full refund. Jammers that have been opened, maybe returned within 30 days of order, but will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be packaged with all material in the original packaging. Jammers that have been installed cannot be returned, but defective units maybe exchanged within 30 days of receipt. After this 30 days the manufactures warranty will apply.
